• Billing admins

Step 1: Visit the Billing Page

Go to admin.atlassian.com/billing. If you have multiple billing accounts, select the relevant one.

Step 2: Navigate to Subscriptions

Once on the billing page, select ‘Subscriptions’ from the side navigation menu.

Step 3: Locate Your App

In the subscriptions table, search for the app for which you have a promo code and select ‘Manage’.

Step 4: Enter the Promo Code

Choose ‘More actions‘ and then ‘Enter promo code’. Type in your promo code (e.g., ABCD for ProScheduler or TimePlanner) and select ‘Validate’. After validation, choose ‘Apply discount’.

Step 5: Confirmation of Discount Application

Once the code is validated and applied, you will see on the subscription details page that the discount is set to start at the beginning of your next billing cycle.

For Overriding an Active Promo Discount

If you wish to replace an active promotional discount with a different code, follow the same steps as above but select ‘Update promo code’ instead of ‘Enter promo code’.
